As we know muscle tome and hand strength can be a problem with some of our kids. These easy hand exercisers make improving hand strength a fun game that can be played anywhere.


Tip 1: Place the loops over each finger, starting with your fingertips close together.

 Tip 2: Slowly spread your fingers apart, hold for 3 seconds, then relax them slowly. 1 to 30 repetitions in three sets.

Resistance Levels:

Level 1(Green) - For Beginners and Injured Hands.

Level 2(Blue) - For Everyday Strengthening Exercise. 

Level 3(Black) - For Advanced Muscle Toning.
