Ordering from Autism Resources South Africa is quick and easy. Whether you're looking for sensory tools, educational resources, or everyday support products, we've designed our shopping experience to be as simple as possible.

1. Find the Products You Need
Browse our online store to explore our range of products and resources.
You can also use the search function to quickly find specific items:
- Desktop: Use the search bar at the top of the page.
- Mobile: Open the menu and tap the search icon.
2. Add Products to Your Cart
Once you've found a product you'd like to purchase:
- Select the quantity required.
- Click Add to Cart.
The item will automatically be added to your shopping cart and the cart icon will update to reflect the number of items you've selected.
3. Review Your Cart
To view your cart, click the Cart icon located at the top of the website.
From here you can:
- Update product quantities
- Remove items you no longer need
- Review your order before checkout
- Continue shopping if you'd like to add more products
If a product has limited stock available, the system will notify you if you attempt to order more than the available quantity.
4. Proceed to Checkout
When you're ready to complete your purchase, click Checkout.
Existing customers can sign in to their account, while new customers can either create an account or continue through the checkout process as prompted.
5. Enter Your Delivery Details
Please provide your billing and delivery information.
To help us deliver your order successfully, please ensure:
✓ Your delivery address is complete and accurate
✓ The suburb, city, and postal code are correct
✓ A valid cellphone number is provided
✓ Any special delivery instructions are included where necessary
Once completed, continue to the shipping section.
6. Select Your Delivery Method
We partner with The Courier Guy, RAM, FastWay & Internet Express to deliver orders throughout South Africa.
Choose your preferred delivery option during checkout.
If you experience any issues selecting a shipping method, our team will gladly assist you.
7. Choose Your Payment Method
We offer secure payment options for your convenience:
Credit & Debit Card
We accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
Card payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.
Once your payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
If you choose EFT:
- Place your order through the website.
- Our banking details will be included in your order confirmation email.
- Complete the payment using your preferred banking platform.
Orders paid via EFT will be processed once payment reflects in our bank account.
8. Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
When your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door.
