Returns Policy
We check all our goods for quality, prior to dispatch and your products should all reach you in good order.  In the event that any product is defective, broken or damaged at time of receipt, please notify us via email to within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Your product will be replaced or a refund will be offered depending on the nature of the problem.

Goods may be returned , unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. The returned goods should have a copy of your invoice. Postage for such goods will be for the account of the shopper, and will include insurance to the value of the product/s. Postage for such goods will not be for account of Autism Resources South Africa.  Such goods must be shipped within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.  

Should you not like what you have purchased and would like to return it for a refund, a 15 % handling fee will be charged. We will give you the refund after we have received the goods in good unused order. 

Delivery Policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please note that Autism Resources South Africa can only provide an estimated date for delivery. All deliveries are handed over the the designated courier services once the package has been collected from our premises. Once the package has been collected from our premises, we no longer have control over the time and date of delivery as this lies with the courier services.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Local Collections

Local collection orders can be chosen on checkout however if the order is placed after 9am, the order will only be ready for collection the following day.

Local collection orders placed over weekends will only be ready for collection the following Monday.
