Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Free Returns Within 7 Days

We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by a copy of your invoice or order number

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@autismresources.co.za.

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will gladly arrange either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

whichever option you prefer.

Change of Mind Returns

If you would like to return an item for any reason other than a fault or defect, we will gladly accept the return within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • A 15% handling fee will apply.
  • The item must be returned unused and in its original condition.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Delivery & Collection

Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund using your original payment method.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

Once your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner, delivery is managed by the courier network. While we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays outside of our control may occur.

Please note:

  • Deliveries are made on business days only.
  • Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your parcel's progress every step of the way.

Local Collection

Prefer to collect your order? Simply select Local Collection during checkout.

Collection times:

  • Orders placed before 9:00 am are typically ready for collection the same day.
  • Orders placed after 9:00 am will usually be ready the following business day.
  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be available for collection on the next business day.

We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
