Terms & Conditions for Selling Used Weighted Blankets
By submitting a weighted blanket for sale on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Accurate Product Information
The seller is responsible for providing complete and accurate details about the weighted blanket, including but not limited to:
- Size
- Weight
- Colour
- Condition
All descriptions must be truthful and not misleading. Any discrepancies may result in cancellation of the sale and/or removal from the platform.
2. Listing and Sale Process
Once submitted, your weighted blanket will be listed on our website with the information and images you provide. We reserve the right to edit listings for clarity or consistency.
3. Collection Requirements
The seller agrees to:
- Provide a correct and complete collection address
- Be available at the agreed date and time for courier collection
- Ensure the weighted blanket is securely and safely packaged for transport
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, additional costs, or cancellation of the sale.
4. Condition on Delivery
The weighted blanket must be in the same condition as described in the listing at the time of sale.
If the buyer reports that the item does not match the description, the sale may be disputed and payment may be withheld pending resolution.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment to the seller will only be made after the buyer confirms receipt of the weighted blanket.
- The item must be received in the condition stated by the seller.
6. Fees
A processing fee of 25% of the final selling price will be deducted before payment is made to the seller.
7. Right to Refuse or Remove Listings
We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or cancel any listing that does not comply with these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
