Our Weighted Body Warmer combines the benefits of deep pressure therapy with a more stylish and practical design than a traditional weighted vest.

Designed to be worn over everyday clothing, the body warmer contains evenly distributed weight to provide proprioceptive input through gentle, deep pressure. Traditionally weighing between 5% and 10% of a person's body weight, weighted garments may help promote calmness, improve focus, and support self-regulation.
