This ring is great and helps a lot. It's not scratch resistant but the ring is coated. Other than that it's a great stress reliever.
It fits my index finger perfectly and it's fun stimming with it as it doesn't draw attention nor do I feel I have to hide it.

The glitter band is very understated, it shines in the way that slight silica deposits will, so it's never going to flash in your eyes. The texture on the rotating part is nicely rough, reminds me of smooth concrete. It turns really easily, being tapped by nearby fingers, though be aware that there's a slight tinkle/jingle sound when it spins. Very slight, you'll only hear it in a quiet room. I've been wearing this around when I do errands, and I never worry that it looks anything other than a stylish accessory choice. It's comfy enough to do all sorts of chores without taking off, but I avoid getting it wet because I worry about the inside mechanism staying damp for too long.
