These rings are made from stainless steel with fidget beads that move on the ring. We found them to be more comfortable than we expected - they are smooth and it is easy to fidget with the beads.
They are adjustable, and can fit almost any size finger.
The ring says it’s adjustable, but was very hard to get smaller - eventually one of the securing beads broke off and so at the end the day the wonderful message and the intended use lasted less than a day….

Very cute, but not that durable unfortunately. It broke within the first few days. Probably a better fir for less intense fidgeters.

Cool ring, but my ring is broken after one wear
I see the usefulness for myself with anxiety however the end stop has fallen off after one wear.
