Designed to provide gentle deep-pressure input while lying down, the sheet creates a calming compression effect that may help sensory-seeking, anxious, or overstimulated individuals settle more comfortably at bedtime. The stretchy fabric gently hugs the body, providing reassuring sensory feedback while still allowing freedom of movement.

I am an adult who was recently diagnosed with autism so I am literally out here just re-parenting myself. I absolutely love my new sensory bed sheet. I was not a fan of the material at first...didn't like the way it felt on my skin and it can also be quite cold but this is something I am definitely overlooking because the benefits outweight all that. I use the weighted body pillow when I don't feel like using the sheet so that's fine and I almost always have my weighted blanket on. Will definitely get another sheet when I am able to.
This is the BEST thing I've ever purchased for my granddaughter (who is in my foster care). She is getting more sleep, resulting in better behaviour. I cannot believe it took me so long to decide whether she needed one or not.

My son really loves his bedsheet. He doesn't like a weighted blanket because he finds them too warm and too heavy. He says this bedsheet is cozy and just right. It has definitely improved bed times for us!
I am pleased with my purchase of the sensory bed sheets for my 2 boys, 8 and 10 years old. Good for relaxing them before sleep time. And they would go and snuggle up in their sheets when they feel overwhelmed even during the day for a few minutes of self regulation.
Their sleep have definitely improved, especially as their "blanket" can no longer fall off the bed and cause them to wake up!
