I find the pressure these rings put on my fingers, when i roll it up and down my finger, so relaxing and it is a small fidget, making it ideal to keep in your pocket and use when you're bored in a queue or meeting...or on teams calls
And bonus: yes it can come apart, and it is lotsa fun (even if it takes a bit more attention) to wind it up to succesfully screw it back together
