I looked for something to help me stop picking or biting at the skin around my nails and this is it! It's a good spiky texture that feels similar to picking, but without the damage to my skin. It's also super discreet and the oil spill effect looks pretty! I definitely recommend!
I find the pressure these rings put on my fingers, when i roll it up and down my finger, so relaxing and it is a small fidget, making it ideal to keep in your pocket and use when you're bored in a queue or meeting...or on teams calls
