This all started when I bought a punching bag a while ago - Malaika probably used it more than I did, but a punching bag is hard and hurt her hands.
The punching pads contain a firm foam insert, sturdy enough to take a punch, but soft enough to not damage inexperienced hands. They are covered with a strong canvas and a vinyl target.
To mount them to a wall, you simply stick the provided hook-and-loop strips on the wall and attach the punching pads to the strips.
